Background: Created in 1964, Maison Pierre GRUBER has been the cornerstone of Domaine Jean-Luc & Paul Aegerter’s Burgundian activities since 1988.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting note: The Saint – Véran has a green golden colour and has a fruity, tender flavour of incredible roundness. It develops white flesh fruit aromas which become white flower touches (acacia) and finally broom.

Food Pairing: Steam – cooked delicate flat fish cooked with its white butter sauce.
