The Chablis vineyards grow on the south/south eastern slopes lying mostly in the Serein Valley.
Clear and light gold in colour, often embellished by green highlights, the aromas of this wine in its youth hint at white flowers and citrus fruits with lemony notes.
This Chablis is delicious accompanied by fish a la plancha, or brie. It is the ideal companion for fish or poultry terrines, or grilled or poached fish. Of course, Chablis is always a friend of oysters.
