From a small parcel of old vines (45 to 50 years old), this Sancerre brings intensity and depth on the mid-palate with notes of gooseberry and pink grapefruit but also some lychee and mango on the finish probably coming from ageing on lees and oak barrel. Each vineyard is vinified without the use of artificial yeast or enzymes, and "single" bottled in most cases.
Food Pairing: Ideal with shellfish, lobsters, fishes as well as dry goat cheeses from Loire Valley.
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc
