Blending Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, it was pioneered in the late 1930s by Georges Cordier and is celebrated for its lush, complex, and textural profile.

Chateau Talbot Caillou Blanc 2021 is a premium dry white Bordeaux made from a blend of roughly Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Cultivated on the Médoc’s gravelly soils, it undergoes unique oak-barrel fermentation and is aged and stirred on its lees in the traditional Burgundian manner, resulting in a rich, creamy, and lush texture.
