Tremendous 2018 vintage Canadian icewine from Inniskillin! Made with 100% Vidal grapes, which are harvested and pressed when they are completely frozen solid, which allows for a more concentrated liquid to be extracted. A deliciously sweet dessert wine, this would be most enjoyable after a main course, perhaps with a nice cheese board!
