Champagne, France
Background:
The Perrier-Jouet Champagne House was founded by Pierre Perrier and his wife Adele Jouet in 1811. Produced from exceptional Champagne terroirs, the house's wines are renowned for their unique style which combines aromatic richness, refinement and finesse.
An iconic champagne, Belle Époque by Perrier-Jouet is the first wine to be decorated with a white Japanese anemone, a design created in 1902 by Émile Gallé, an Art Nouveau master.
In 2022, Perrier-Jouët commissioned two Austrian designers, Katharina Mischer and Thomas Traxler, to celebrate the 120th anniversary of this emblematic design. This collaboration resulted in a limited-edition box showcasing a layering of 70 different species that thrive in the Champagne vineyards, revealing an elegant and creative metamorphosis of this iconic design.

Aged for a minimum of 6 years in the house’s cellars, this Brut Champagne comprises a dosage of 8 g/litre.
Grapes: 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier

Its bright vitality perfectly cuts through rich, savory oceanic flavors, such as, scallops, seared king prawns, sole meunière or turbot.
