Background: Hinch Distillery is a modern triple-distilled Irish whiskey and gin producer founded by Dr. Terry Cross OBE. Located on the historic Killaney Estate in County Down, Northern Ireland, its name derives from the nearby town of Ballynahinch, meaning "Town of the Island".

Tasting Note: It shows a clean, balanced character shaped by its time in ex bourbon American oak and Oloroso sherry casks. The nose brings candied orange, warm ginger, and honey, followed by a gentle palate of toffee apple, peach syrup, and buttery biscuit. Bright fruit and soft malt carry through to a warm finish of citrus and honey.
