Nose: Rose aroma, with a touch of Roselle's sweet and sour notes, and hints of Japanese "komei" (small plum) and pickled plum flesh.
Throat: Full-bodied, the palate continues the aroma's red berry notes, like a more mature rosé drink. This barrel of Ruby Port has a soft, yet not overpowering, woody texture and rich, layered finish.
Finish: Long, like red vinegar on a soup, adding a touch of finishing touch.
