Tasting: More floral and citrusy in nature, our American Contemporary contains four additional ingredients from those mentioned above—cardamom, lime zest, orange peel, and lavender. The nose, while floral, is somewhat richer in juniper, but lends itself to be more flavorful than the Navy Gin. This style of gin works well with tonic, ginger ale and in some cases ginger beer.
